Welcome to AeFazzCard. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and discount card services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.

We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate any membership at our sole discretion, maintaining the fazaa standard of service quality.
AeFazzCard offers multiple membership tiers (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) with different benefits and pricing. Current fees are displayed on our website and application form.
Membership fees must be paid in full before membership activation. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
Memberships are valid for one year from the date of activation. Members will receive renewal notifications prior to expiration. Renewal fees are subject to change with notice.
Members may upgrade their membership tier at any time by paying the prorated difference between tiers. Downgrades can only be processed at renewal time.
Upon approval and payment processing, digital cards will be activated within 24 hours. Physical cards (for Gold and Platinum tiers) will be delivered within 3-5 business days within the UAE.
Membership cards:
Members must report lost or stolen physical cards immediately. Replacement cards may be subject to a fee of AED 50.
Discounts and benefits are subject to availability and may vary by partner establishment, location, and time. We strive to maintain the fazaa level of quality in all our partner relationships.
Partner establishments may change, modify, or withdraw discounts at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes.
Some discounts may have specific terms, such as minimum purchase requirements or excluded items. These limitations will be communicated through our mobile application or website.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of AeFazzCard and are protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our Services without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AeFazzCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
We may terminate or suspend your membership immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your membership, you may simply discontinue using the Services and notify us in writing.
Refund policies are detailed in our separate Refund Policy document. Generally, membership fees are non-refundable except in specific circumstances outlined in that policy.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
