At AeFazzCard, we strive to provide exceptional service and value to our members. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we may issue refunds for membership fees and other charges. Our approach to refunds is guided by the fazaa principles of fairness and respect for our customers.
We offer a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of membership activation. If you are not satisfied with your membership during this period and have not used any discounts or benefits, you may request a full refund of your membership fee.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and typically takes 5-10 business days.

Partial refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis, less an administrative fee of AED 100.
The AED 50 fee for replacing lost or damaged physical cards is non-refundable once the replacement card has been processed.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions) that significantly affect our ability to provide services, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis with the fairness characteristic of fazaa community values.
In cases of serious medical conditions that prevent a member from using their membership, we may consider partial refunds or membership extensions with appropriate medical documentation.
As an alternative to refunds, we may allow you to transfer your membership to another eligible individual. A transfer fee of AED 150 will apply, and the new member must complete the application process and meet all eligibility requirements.
